A lady died from drinking too much coke. I think it was regular but it sounds like she was drinking the same amount as me. Well then it's good I have stopped. At least for 3 days so far.
Lemon water fasting today, might do juice fasting this evening and for a few days, not sure. My main goal is to withdrawal from diet cokes at the moment.
