Day 4 Water fast Water Fast Today I actually lost a pound finally I now weigh 300 lbs. I was hoping to had lost more in 3 full days of water fasting but you just cant make your body do what it wont. I have been sick this week and dont know if that had anything to do with it. At least I have lost something now so I am hoping it will keep coming off.
