Day 2 of my Water Fast water fast, weight loss Yesterday went well, just felt a little tired. Today I weighted 301, I was kind of suprised to only see a pound weight loss on the first day, on other fast I have always lost around 2-3 lbs on day one and two. We shall see what happens this week.
