The Gift of Healing Others
Allah works again in mysterious ways!
Date: 4/19/2011 3:37:11 PM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 51223 times I have never written about this, partly out of fear of people laughing at me I guess and partly because I have doubts. I am not sure why this happened, but it is real.
When my husband was in a coma, I had a numb shahadah finger. I would pray on him with the finger thinking it had some kind of healing powers. I had always felt I had the power to heal and I say this humbly.
After his death, my entire right hand went numb so I started praying on people and they got well. It was more than that though, I could see their illness and I did not even have to be in the same room or the same city.
I could see where their illness was and I could see their cancers. Life changes us all and things have changed also. I got so busy with supporting myself that I went away from my natural healing practices and worked on writing and living.
Today I was called to the home of a friend who had cancer. She chose to have her left breast removed and I had advised against this. Needless to say, they call me in after they do the damage. I was able to see she had a problem in a vein going up to her brain.
I waited awhile and then approached her and asked her if she had a problem in the area I pointed to and she said yes. She told me she was not well at all. I prescribed a natural diet for her and gave her some advice to take a local green herb known for cancer treatment. I told her she had to give up eating meat and packaged foods.
I felt deep inside she would not follow my advice though as she loves food. There were six other women in the room and they were amazed with what I was able to do and they each asked me to look at them. I was able to diagnose each one correctly. I could see if their circulation was bad or if they ate too much salt.
Now that was the wierd one. I told a woman, you love salt, huh. She was shocked and I prescribed her to take no more than 1/2 teaspoon a day. She asked me to come and teach a class on natural healing which I agreed to.
As I came home I was amazed at what I learned. I was surprised that I was able to see their illness, not just treat them. Then surely as the devil would attack my gift I went to a friends house and she had a major problem with her son.
The mom got injured and she was almost knocked unconscious. Everyone was crying and yelling obscenities and I went home. I told them this was a family problem and I did not want them to feel bad. I searched for the boy who ran away thinking he was hungry.
I sent some money to him for a sandwich and felt only that if this boy did not find some love somewhere he may do something in desperation.
The mother called me later to apologize for her behavior and to thank me for my kindness. I felt in the end that everyone was ok and I must rest more.
I am sure this is Allah's way of calling me back to him to work more on helping others and depending on him for my substance. I guess in the end that I must help others. I am not meaning this as a bragging post, just as a "can it be possible" post.
