Day 2
Beginning of Day 2
Date: 3/2/2010 7:47:55 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 2287 times yay! I made it to Day 2! My husband thinks I'm crazy and he told me last night he hopes I don't get sick for doing this fast.
Today I weighed myself as soon as I got up. I lost 4 lbs. And even though I know it's all water weight I'm a bit worried, as I said I don't want lo lose a lot of weight I'm 5'6 and started @ 143 lbs. Scale said 139 lbs this morning.
It was a bit weird not to have a BM first thing in the morning as everyday of my life.
I got my juicer last night but unfortunately I didn't make it to the grocery store, so I had to do with the few thing I have in the fridge. I was really craving some vegetable juice because all I had yesterday was fruit juice so I made a zucchini and tomato juice. It wasn't that bad but next time I'll have to add something else to make it tastier.
I feel good today so I'm going to continue with my exercise program and see how I feel.
Today I'm planning on bringing some homemade juice to work and also buying some grape juice (my favorite!) until I go grocery shopping.
