Beginning of Day 3
Yay! Day 3 started!
I’m feeling great so far! This morning when I got up I was feeling hungry and my stomach was making weird noises.
I had a great night sleep, as always. I got up and had a very normal BM in color and size but unusually smelly, So it made me wonder if the juice I’m making still has fiber on it or it’s just what was already on my system. I have to read more about this subject and wait and see how the next days evolve.

Day 2 was a breeze.
Day 2 was a breeze, I had 2 fresh home made juices before noon and then at work I had 2 bottled juices, I still have to figure out how my juicing is going to be when I’m at work. I’m so excited about my new juicer, I love it! I couldn’t wait to get home to make some new creation. My DH went grocery shopping for me because I didn’t have time. We made a tasty creation of zucchini,carrots,apple and pear, he loved the juice as well!

Beginning of Day 2
yay! I made it to Day 2! My husband thinks I’m crazy and he told me last night he hopes I don’t get sick for doing this fast.
Today I weighed myself as soon as I got up. I lost 4 lbs. And even though I know it’s all water weight I’m a bit worried, as I said I don’t want lo lose a lot of weight I’m 5’6 and started @ 143 lbs. Scale said 139 lbs this morning.
It was a bit weird not to have a BM first thing in the morning as everyday of my life.

I had a smooth Day 1
Yesterday was Day 1, I didn’t have a juicer so I only drunk bottled juices, apple, pineapple and cranberry. The day went by very smooth. I started to get a mild headache and mild hunger pangs around 2:00 PM. I never ever drink bottled juices because of the amount of sugar they have so yesterday I had to remind myself that I’m not doing this fast to lose weight and at the beginning of the day I had to force myself to drink the juice, I was and I’m still worried about doing more damage then good to my body by only drinking commercial juices.

Starting of day 1
Today is day 1. After all I read about juice fasting I decided to give it a try. I’m starting today because it’s Monday and it’s the 1st day of March, even though I’m not ready, I haven’t gone grocery shopping and I don’t have my juicer yet. I’m doing both thing today.
Today I started my day with a big glass of water and off to do some exercise. I should mention I’m in the middle of doing an in home program called P90X, I’m going to try to keep up with it but we’ll see. My main focus right now it’s completing this fast.
