Day 21
The liver detox was wonderful in the end.
Date: 9/14/2009 10:50:49 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1819 times The liver cleanse was quite a success. I was bouncing off of the walls by last evening due to the amount of energy I had. I ended up laying in the sun to lighten my hair again (completely covered with a visor on making me a character from The Big Bang Theory once again), and I ended up falling asleep in the sun. It was so relaxing. The wind lightly blew over me keeping me cool.
Then I got up and did an enema, and it was a surprisingly relaxing experience! Who knew??? But I ended up passing the rest of the dislodged stones with the enema. I think I passed ~100 small ones, ~10 that were about 1cm, and about 5 that were between 1-2cm. I was astounded. I will need to do another liver cleanse, but I will wait until I am eating again.
Once I finished with the enema, I felt so relaxed, clean, close to God. Connected. I went to my room and meditated and it felt like my body could finally relax. Afterward I took a nap. It was by far one of the best days in a long time. It was almost like a gift if you want to get cheesy about it.
I am trying to travel again. Trying being the key word here. My 8am flight was delayed until 11:30, and yet my connecting flight is at 11:00. Hmm. So I went back home and went to bed and now I am back waiting for my 1:00 flight. I brought my orange juicer and strainer with me. That might be the reason my bag spent a few extra seconds under the xray.
No weight measurement. I was trying to get out of the door.
