Day 20
The liver/gallbladder cleanse strikes back.
Date: 9/13/2009 10:35:46 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2014 times Ohhhhh man. What a night. What a morning. What an experience. I started the liver cleanse last night. It is one of the worst cleanses, and I really dislike doing it. But I did not realize how sick my liver is. I woke up this morning around 6am extraordinarily nauseous. Now, everything I have read has warnings about this. It's indicative of how toxic the liver is.
I was also extremely dehydrated, so I got some bottled water and sat next to the toilet. Needless to say I was throwing up about 5 minutes after drinking the water, which I figured I would, but I always feel so much better after doing so. What surprised me was that there was still some olive oil and and grapefruit juice left.
Oh, another reason I knew I hit the nail on the head with the liver issue is one time I had a ton of olive oil in a dish, and I passed stones afterward.
Anyway, I have already passed about 60 stones. They are all small, but the fact that I had them is really something. AND...AND, the yellow in the whites of my eyes are already starting to dissipate. AND I already have even more energy than before.
So, do you want to know what sodium does to your body weight? (Salt is included in the liver cleansing process.) Yesterday I weighed 135.8. Today I weigh 138.8. Three pounds of water! Geez.
Day 20. Not too shabby.
