My First Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse: Clark Style
A myraid of thoughts...
Date: 1/24/2009 9:24:36 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1934 times So Hyped, so hyped, tommorow begins my VERY FIRST liver/gallbladder cleanse. I'm following the Clark principle, since I have read "The Cure for All Diseases" and it seems pretty straightforward.
I've read in some of the archives on this site, dating back to 1999-2000 about the process others used and how it worked out for them. To be honest, I don't really know why I'm doing the cleanse in the first place.
Now, at the end of the first month of the year of 2009, I can say that... well, I don't really want to say what I feel, because by speaking it, it comes into existance. So...
Health wise, I want to be healthy. Isn't that a given, too obvious? I want to proudly say, "I'm Vegan". I want to proudly be able to say that I can do a 14 day water fast successfully. I want to have healthful peace of mind.
Wow. I actually........... want to loose weight. WTF? Is that true? I guess so. Thats what I want to do. Lose weight? Do I REALLY want to loose weight? I don't even know.
I want to lose weight for ALL the wrong reasons. WTF? WTFF?
