i hate evoo!!
And other rants from the pit of my stomach

Well, today, I must admit was a GOOD DAY! I stuck with a part of my new regime, and added to it also in the same day! There's so much to share I don't know where to start.
I think I'll start off with the my new sensation: OIL PULLING (OPing for short). Today I ACTUALLY OPed, even though I got up late. This is good. Yesterday I got up late and DIDN'T EVEN SHOWER! Ew, gross, I know. Well today, I got up, helped mom get dressed and cleaned her toilet. Not bad way to start the day.
Then the family and I meditated, praised and read the Bible together for a good hour, which was great. Next began my schedule. Dad has several biz meetings today, all of which we were UNPREPARED FOR and are on a loooooong stretch. Meaning, each meeting lasts about 1 hour, to get TO the meeting is 1 hour, and to get to the next meeting is 1 hour. Catch my drift? So, yeah...
So we got the meeting prep ready in about 1 hour, which was good, since I was able to prepare the documentation necessary for EACH OF THE MEETINGS!! Whoot whoot! Still have one more file to deal with, but I'll do that after I post this, do some laudry, change moms bed and umm... yeah, I think thats it.
So by now, you're probably wondering WHY my headline/title thingy is I HATE EVOO! Well, in the post before the one that comes before this, you'll hear of my experience with oil pulling with EVOO (aka. extra vigin olive oil). I couldn't stand it since as soon as I put it in my mouth, it dispersed quickly with my saliva, adding extra baggage in my mouth. UGH!! So today, I nearly choked, swallowed, spat out and gagged on the mixture, which after a mere 2 MINUTES had COMPLETELY filled my mouth.
So THAT is why I HATE EVOO! moving onto other things, I created a regime for my mouth and oral health. YAY ME! So first, I OP with the dreaded EVOO (The reason I use EVOO instead of my FAVORITE EVCO is because in my house EVOO is considered cheaper than EVCO since we have to go to the States to purchase it. Apparently, Canadian health food stores are SOOOOOOO understocked that they don't even have it. It has to be special ordered from the States. So we beat the little guy ;)) Next I rinse with warm salt water. I then clean my toothbrush with the remanats of the warm salt water, and then dip my toothbrush in baking soda and brush away. Pretty cool huh!
So I got my first regime underway! My oral care will get better as the days go on. With OP, I can see that I will be brushing my teeth regualrily. Which is good. Who doesn't like fresh breathe?
In other news, I talked to my mom about the whole family going on a juice fast, together for a whole weekend. I read about some on the water fasting forum having his whole family through a kinda flush or something. I propsed it to my mom and she said it would be a GREAT idea. Just gotta push it to my dad though. He would probably think it would be dangerous, but I think it would be a really relaxing, rejuvinating experience for the family, especially since its a new year.
**NEWS FLASH**
My mom said that it would be ok for my to start doing liver flushes et al.!! SO HAPPY! Still have to pass it though dad first though, but I'm SO EXCITED!! I don't know exactly where to start, but the fact that i have the go ahead is pretty awesome!! That just TOTALLY MADE MY DAY!!
Well, really need to go to the bathroom, and get some chores done. I'll msg back once I'm done my second round of OP.
