First OP Session being done as we, ummm speak?
My very first experience at oil pulling. Many more to come I believe.

As we speak (or type) I am oping on a overdoes of EVCO. I just took a chunk of EVCO, in solid form out of the container and started chewing it. Its not hard for the first 5-7 minutes, but then after that my jaws starts to hurt. Heres what I'm noticing so far:
1) Small particles are forming in my mouth: Possibly food I gues?
2) The back of my thoat feels like its swelling: No idea what that is
3) My cheeks hurt, ALOT: No pain, no gain
4) My mouth is FULL of liquid, I mean FULL: No pain, no gain
IMHO, I think I've done pretty well. Most people who have first started with OP have complained after the first 5-7 minutes or so that their mouth was full. As of right now I have about 5 more minutes to go to be at 20 minutes of OPing.
The more I type, the less I think about the fact that I have a bunch of oil, salava and whatever have you running about in my mouth. 4 more minutes. I think I'm going to continue typing till my 20 minutes is up.
I'm really glad that I'm OPINg actually. So far, no mistakes. I haven't swallowed anything yet, but I am spewwing a little bit of the oil everywhere. My brother just walked in an thinks that OPing is gross everyone.
I don't know. I feel fine. I guess after a while one gets used to it. 2 more minutes. So excited. K, I'm going to leave to prepare my salt water solution now. I'll post soon after that what my results were.
