DAY 22: In 3-Day Fast!!!

Date: 12/1/2008 9:16:39 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2204 times Well, this is a breakthrough, even though the f***ers on the water fast forum have raped and finally annihilated me. I am sad as I write that. i want to write somethign strong.
My main focus besides getting through this fast (i am feeling pretty bleak) has got to be just sticking to (first making) a really conscientious post-fast eating plan.
This will prevent my eating too much for my body afterward.
It will prevent my bloating.
This is key to my health. Preventing bloating prevents all other symptoms
The water fast forum has violated me to the core, but I can't even get into it now. They are truly monsters. I should not even pay any attention to them
I do need to post at length as I was doing on that forum though.
