It was such a good day for far! I had my orange juice in the morning and went for a 2 hour walk in the coldness. It was so very refreshing if you have your bff walking next to you. We are both doing it so we talked about how those ten days just flew by. The most important thing is to not think about the fast. Just go on with your life and that's the secret of successful fasts. I don't crave anything so why bother thinking about food? The only thing that bothers me is that I love to chew and I really want to break my gum "addiction". Maybe I'll get a tongue ring haha I have noticed my skin is really smooth and almost pore less. The only thing I struggle with is weight. I feel like I'm not losing anything! but it's ok..I'll wait it out.

RIght now I'm going to skin brush, take a shower and make another juice. Happy day 10 to me! 1/5th already gone :)
