I have not been resting like I should, but that just comes with being a stay at home mother/wife. I have things that have to be done, period.
This morning I had another BM, if was VERY foul smelling, and somewhat broken up and runny, sorry graphic, but it is what it is.
Bought a fish tank yesterday, very nice. Going to get the things I need to set it up, and buy some fish this weekend. I plan on sitting next to it and just gazing... I am a pisces, and love the water. I am hope'n it will help me to relax.
Weight today was 166.6 ha, nice numbers huh. Not to mention its my 6th day of my fast, and the date is the 26th..lol
