Days 1-3
The Beginning.

I am 5'8'' tall.
33 years old, stay at home mother of two children 15 and 9, as well as a very needy hubby to be. One canine companion, Chico! One feline companion, Chica!
I have in the past accomplished several 10 day water fasts, but this is my first attempt at 30 days. I am excited to see what happens in the weeks to come, and will be sharing it with who ever finds it interesting.
Today ends day 3. Did well, no headache today but some weird pressure in the center of my back. My neck is still very sore, curious to see if this fast will relieve me of the pain i have had there for over a year. Urine is still very light, and tongue has a little show of coating, not much. I am using Tom's Of Maine toothpaste and deoderant. Washing with a natural soap I found, very nice. Leaves my skin very smooth.
No hunger today, but did have a mental issue with cooking chicken nuggets for my kids. In my head, I just wanted one, just one! But I walked away.
Weight today was 174.6
No dizziness or light headedness so far, still doing pretty good with that, drinking distilled water for thirst, not forcing any more. I have noticed my saliva has increased quite a bit.
I guess thats about it for now. Will write more tomorrow.
