brownies recipe (caroub and stevia)
Brownies with caroub, almonds and stevia. Yummy!

Ingredients:
400 cc buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
6 teaspoon caroub
100 cc stevia (or xylitol)
50 cc of almonds (I did not measure it so this is approximate)
150 cc plain yogurt
100 cc oil
170 cc water
2 eggs
a touch of vanilla and lemon
1cc : 1 ml
Mix the dry ingredients together, chop the almonds into small pieces. Stir. Mix the remaining ingredients into another bowl, stir throughly and then mix with the dry ingredients,
Bake 60 at 350 F 180 C
It will be really, really sweet, like brownies should. If this is too sweet for you cut the stevia in half, the quantity I usually do for my other cake recipes.
By the way... this is my 'bread' recipe. Omit the caroub, vanilla, lemon and almonds as well as about 50 cc of water and you get a decent bread. If you like your bread soft= no need to omit the 50 cc water. I like my bread firm.
