Here is a lovely ceaser salad dressing to make your green tasty:
190ml- 3/4 to 1 cup olive oil
75 ml - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (use the non-pasteurized ACV, it will say ’with the mother’ and the murky stuff in there is the ’mother’)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp tarragon leave
1/8 tsp dry mustard powder
2- 3 garlic cloves
Mix and enjoy!

400 cc buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
6 teaspoon caroub
100 cc stevia (or xylitol)
50 cc of almonds (I did not measure it so this is approximate)
150 cc plain yogurt
100 cc oil
170 cc water
a touch of vanilla and lemon
1cc : 1 ml
Mix the dry ingredients together, chop the almonds into small pieces. Stir. Mix the remaining ingredients into another bowl, stir throughly and then mix with the dry ingredients,
Bake 60 at 350 F 180 C
