Day 26 of Journal, Day 1 of water fast
New water fast today.

a.m. Weight 202.4
I ate until 6:00 p.m. before starting my new water fast. I ate leftovers from yesterdays dinner for lunch after working out in the morning. I did 30 minutes of dry sauna, then 45 minutes of weighlifting. I worked legs, arms, chest, shoulders and back in a circuit format. I kept my heart beat high during the entire work out. I then finished with 150 crunches. When I got home I drank some isopure drink that has 45gms. of protein and then ate 4 refried bean tacos at around 5:00 p.m.
Officially started fast at 6:00 p.m.
I researched some internet site about intermittent fasting which is what I have been the last month or so. The sites provided some interesting information.
Went to bed around midnight.
