Some reflection on my short fast

So I was a little bummed that I only made it 3 and a half days but overall I am very pleased with the results. For the past couple of days I actually haven't woke up with a headache which is a very beautiful thing for me. After my one migraine/cleansing crises on day 1 I have been free of my morning madness. Its not a good feeling to have to swing your legs over in the morning and reach for your Tylenol right next to the bed! Also, I have had some sort of small allergy rash behind each one of my ears for the past three or so months and after only three days on a fast its almost gone. I felt absolutely fabulous the day after once I got some nourishment! So I safely say that I will do it again soon. I'm shooting for next month. Meanwhile, like I said, I'm going to attempt to hit the gym almost everyday! Last night I went to a Strong class which is weight lifting and aerobics combined...I'm already paying for it dearly, I am SO sore! But its a good pain :) Tomorrow night I am headed to spinning. So hopefully with the working out and cleaning up my diet I will be able to appear in a bathing suit without being ashamed!

Hmm, how about this for some motivation...at the end of August, no matter what, I will make myself post a picture...fat or skinny...that is my promise!
