Day 10 was good
Date: 2/1/2008 7:38:25 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1906 times I slept again to 1 PM.
Then I cook a lamb leg for my family. Did not like to try it even it was smelling so good with all the herbs in it.
I am very careful with the water, only drinking a small amounts at one time, other wise I get noasea.I do not need a lot of water at all.
Every evening I I taking a very worm shower and go to bed imidiatly and cover me very worm , then I sleep like a baby.
Today I make a mistake telling my mother about the fast , she things I am crasy and I will get sick.( My mother is in Chicago, me in Europa, Austria ).
Do not tell any body what you are doing insted you are sure they will support you.
Can not stend the TV and when somebody speeks loud .My ears enjoy the rest.Radio and music are stil O.K..
Urin is with light green nuance , covered with big amount of foam ( like I pe shampoo)this is since 3 -4 day, other wise nothing diferent than when I eat normally.
Weght loss for the 10 days Fast is - 8 kg ( 17.65 pounds )
