My tongue is clearing , was nearly rosa today ,but the breath is still not very good and I still have a light nousea and was week in the morning.

Day 19 was not bad
Day 19 was not bad, instead again nousea almost permanatly .I work today a lot at home and I helped my son with school project and all this made me very tired.

This day was similar to days 9 and 10 with the exception of :
I did not sleep long today ( only to 10AM ) but I went also early to bed like 10 PM
