Yoga warm up and meditation
Then a equalizing of the sacred space
or perhaps holding the Hara
(google Hara)
Until one is stabilized in shunniya, and then one can procede inot relationship with the
healee ( during the seesion both are both the healee)
once equalied we touch the other and develop realtionship with them we feel the resistances we allow them and let them complete or we have some resistance either way
In this space we can feel all of the others body within our own- since we are actaully "ONE" not just metaphorically
With the nuetral mind we intent the healing then let go of the intention and saty nuetral- it is already done
Nothing needs to be done more
And for each resistance to health, we go through the same process
The beauty is the practitionere are healed while we are healing,
Resistance is the space between the relationship between you and the healee, from your POV or perspective
Very simple, but a fair amount of discipline to become in the moment of self and other as one. Clearing of the Crap thoughts.
Just like Jesus healed through his wonderful faith -his knowing he was whole and in love-that he (and we )are all sons of God, and therefore complete and whole even if it appears (maya- the illusionary earth plane) to be illness on this plane
