Happy Monday
Hi all, Sorry for the break. I was out of town for the weekend and had a wonderful time. Looks like we are now T-Minus 8 days and counting for the start of my journey down the road to a better and healthier life. Just found out that my wife was accepted to the program that she was hoping to get into for her weight loss. she cannot do what I am doing becasue she is a diabetic and needs more monitoring than I do. Needless to say she is very happy and we are both excited about starting next week.

Well happy Friday to all of you out there in CUREZONE land. The weekend is finally here and we all have a couple of days to do the things that we want. Good Afternoon everyone. I guess a lot of you out there are wondering who is this guy and why should we read his blog. Well, to be honest I am nothing to special. Hello, to Everyone who has stopped by to read this. I am new to the Cleansing and Juicing Arena and I hope that my experiences will help you in whatever you decide to undertake.
