Okay I am a video Director and have in the past worked on a veggie cooking video that was sold at Whole Foods. I have to admit, I do not shop at Whole Foods anymore because they are too overpriced and corporate, the Wal Mart of the alleged health food Grocery industry and they are on my do not shop list. I shop at the Wheatsville Co-Op. But I digress.

The nation’s largest beverage distributors will halt almost all of their soda sales to public schools. The bottlers will sell only water, unsweetened juice and low-fat milks to elementary, middle schools, unfortunately , Diet sodas would be sold only to high schools.
Cadbury Schweppes PLC, Coca-Cola Co., PepsiCo Inc. and the American Beverage Association have all signed onto the deal, It is a first step for NYC in putting nutrititious products in the Schools.

It was a privilage growing up so close to Yankke Stadium on the Grand Concourse in the Bronx. I went to my firstagme and saw Micky Mantle plant a ball way out in the bleachers, and in 1969, I believe I saw Mickey Mantle Blast a Home Run in the upper deck in deep right field. I saw one of the greatest, if not thegreatest center fielder ever to play the game, and i was actually a Mets fan at the time...lol

First of all, I would like to say hi to all of you and I was one of the people who attended David Wolfs workshop or seminarat WHole Foods yesterday. It was interesting but while David Wolf preaches about his ”Raw Diet” Choices. He takes some things for garnted, that organic means free of pesticides, it does not, that the Tsunami was mother earth emptying the bath tub and adding nutrients to the ground, much more complicated than knee jerk answers sucha s even saying the cause is ”Global Warming”
