What I passed today with a urine enema, slow and steady wins the race... never give up!
Well, I did a liver cleanse last night. I had about 1 tablespoon in epsom salts with 1 cup of water and some bragg’s apple cider vinegar about 3 hours apart and then around 7 or 8 pm I had half a cup of sesame oil and half a cup of fresh grapefruit juice. I couldn’t fast or do a proper diet before it for very long, because I am so toxic and have hypoglycemia. Didn’t pass much this morning (can only go at all if I have an enema... bowels have seemingly given up). A description of some of my main health challenges, and lists of things that have helped me, that I think have helped me and that I am trying/experimenting with now.
I’ve been sick a long time. I had hyaline membrane disease when I was born,a hole in my heart and was blue from lack of oxygenation. I got infections a lot as a child. I had interstitial cystitis symptoms from about the age of 5, but wasn’t diagnosed with IC until age 20. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a year or so later, then that dx was retracted because the biopsy samples were inconclusive (needless to say, I had scarring in my intestines, bleeding and problems with digestion).
