While the power of healing can be present, yet it may not flow, because no one has acted upon it...
Yet even with the power present, many people will not understand it because they only have and exercise ”sense” knowledge; (see, hear, taste, smell and feel)!
This is true of all facts or truth; because if you do not believe it, then it will not work for you! You must acknowledge the power of God, before you can get or receive it! There are several examples in Jesus ministry; one you can read {Matt 15:21} is how the Cannite woman believed and her sick daughter was healed (even though she was an immigrant in Israel)... This is one key to the healing power of God!

John 4:24, where Jesus said we need to worship God in Spirit and in Truth.
But how many of us actually understand what it means?
