Exercise is one of the keys to an balanced and long life!!

So keep up the effort and you will enjoy the fruits of a better and more active, longer life...  As long as you do get run over by a train!! 

I do a couple of three to five mile hikes a week, plus use the stairs when ever possible, in order to maintain my cute glutes...

 " So do whatever to maintain your body, exercise if you can..." is my suggestion; HUH!!
