Hi Rawgirl...

I would be happy to provide you with the information for what I have done so far.  I do have plans for after I finish the Master Cleanse as well, but I would rather hold off on revealing that until I actually do it and see what the results are.  You'll just have to keep reading.   ;-)

Parasite Cleanse

• Clarkia (purchased on Amazon I believe, 4 oz container)
• day 1: 6 drops 3 times a day with 3-4 ozs of water, but too weak
• days 2-3: 10 drops 3 times a day with 3-4 ozs of water
• days 4-14: 20 drops 3 times a day with 3-4 ozs of water
• I also took CoQ10 for a couple of days in the middle of all this, 2400mg each day I believe it was to knock out some of the more difficult parasites
• Stopped the day before the liver flush
• broke at that point but will begin again after the MC.  The recommendation is to do 2 weeks on 1 week off for 11 weeks.  I will do 9 more weeks sometime after breaking the MC and go into maintenance mode.

Colon Cleanse

• Used Oxy-Powder (available from their website)
• day 1: 4 caps at night
• day 2: 6 caps
• I experimented with between 6 and 8 caps but 6 was about right for me
• days 3-14: 6 caps prior to going to bed
• The protocol calls for week 1, take the caps every night and week 2 every other night, but I did it every night as I felt I was pretty stopped up.

Liver Flush

• Bought Malic acid (800 mg tabs) at local vitamin shop (Swanson vitamins online also has good prices)
• I took 1 tab, three times a day for 6 or 7 days leading up to the day of the flush.
• Day of the flush: 2400 mg in the morning
• Day before and day of the flush, ate only fruit
• Followed Dr. Hulda Clark's protocol. http://curezone.com/clark/liver.asp    I followed this to a tee and it worked quite well for me.  Click the link and read up on Clark's protocol.
• Flush consisted of 4 oz cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, 6 ozs pink grapefruit.  I also added teaspoon of tumeric and powdered ginger (optional)
• I followed the time reccomendation exactly.  I also took Ornithine to help me sleep, but don't think I really needed it.  Your call.

Oregano oil and Olive leaf

• I started taking that day 2 of all this and stopped the day before the liver flush.  I will resume taking both shortly after breaking the MC and will take both every morning for the forseeable future.   I started with the oil of oregano tincture, but will switch to the caps.  150 mg capsule of both in the morning.

Master Cleanse

• 2 tbs lemon juice, 2 tbs organic grade B maple syrup, 1/10 tsp cayenne, 8 oz water.  Your to drink 6-12 of these per day.  I have found that 6 is right for me and I use less maple syrup as I am also working on the weight issue as well as ridding myself of toxins.  In addition, you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.  I do the SWF (2 tps sea salt + 1 quart or water...guzzle it down) every morning and drink a laxative tea (smooth move) just prior to going to bed.
