Hey there! Welcome to the curezone! hehe... sounds so silly. No, seriously, this is a great way to have support with your fasting from other fasters/dieters on this site. I have been doing some fasting and exercise too in order to lose some weight in time for my wedding next summer 07/07/07. I am trying to lose about 25 pounds by then.

Just one thing...... maybe look into other forms of fasting than water fasting. Water fasting is really harsh especially if you want to exercise and get in good shape along with your fast. Plus, with other fasting you can have the satisfaction of drinking something other than water and lose the same amount of weight. And with other types of fasting you are more likely to keep the weight off.

I really suggest doing the Master Cleanser fast. I have done it 2 times for 10 days and lost 10 pounds both times. Some of the weight I did end up gaining back. Also juice fasting is another great way to loose weight.

Do a little research and check your options out. I am just worried that a water fast may not be a good long term sollution for you. (But that is just my opinion)
