Good luck with your fast! I am starting the MC tomorrow too for the first time. I did a liver flush last night so hoping that the move into the MC will be smooth. I am also wondering about using oxypowder. I used it for 10 days a couple of weeks ago and found it great. 4 capsules before bed and then as soon as I woke up I needed to go a few times and that was pretty much it. No painful cramping, no gagging on SWF or anything. I'm really tempted to use it but not sure if I should do 10 consecutive days having just come off it a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway, I think the oxpowder would be ideal for the flush, not forgetting that it also brings oxygen into the body.
Don't know if anyone else has combined the two? And whether or not that has implications for the use of cayenne pepper?
