It's anxiety. It kind of feels achy and you feel far away from yourself and kind of cranky, and edging on nauseous...

About two months from the date you'll start to feel it affecting your life, like you'll feel it when you're not thinking or talking about the wedding. It will seem very strange. It may be accompanied by pain moving upwards (acid reflux).

It's a standard state for me for the last two weeks now - I wake with it, I have it all day, and if I don't exercise, I feel it as I'm going to sleep. If I do exercise I'm drooping by 9:30. The crazy thing is that the last two days I've woken up at 5:30 AM for no reason and can't sleep.

However this stage is also accompanied with a joy and excitement I've never felt before. I'm glad you wrote this because it reminded me to post this on my blog.

Stay strong, sister. 30 lbs is a super healthy goal. I think I've lost about 25 in 7 months. I could still stand to lose more but I'm OK wiht me right now. But you're definitely going to hit that goal.
