Hey Seunim, you get to be the poster boy of the month for doing longer cleanses!
I think 10 days is a good minimum but the days after go deeper...again, my wallpaper stripping analogy applies....you will not regret the extra time and I feel the extra time REALLY resets your appestat. I still like that I can scoff at ice cream....gggg

If you are beginning to lose the effectiveness of the SWF try the tea day and night. I did not do it my first cleanse but this last cleanse it was just whooshing me out and did not seem to do much but the strong >>chocolate<< Smooth Move did jumpstart it. Of course, the cayenne kicked in too so your experience may not mirror mine since you have tripled my cayenne intake! Yeee-oww~~~ :)

LOL about your cookbooks. Some people have posted about being glued to the Cooking Channel but since I am visual, I know I could not do that. When I went cookbook shopping at the bookstore for new raw cooking books it was majorly intense with my salivary glands working it up just looking at the covers!
