I'm telling you, blogging is as easy as riding a bike! Put what you want to say in the text box, and if you want to add a picture browse through your own files or files already on Curezone, click upload, *copy* the url of your image and go *back* three pages, put the copied URL of the file where you want it and voila! you are blogging! Its even easier if you do not paste a picture, just type and press submit. It sure has made 5 days FLY by!

I am glad you liked seeing Robin's story. I published it not knowing Wren already had a copy on her blog :( but found additional info so it will be good to share that too. It legitimizes it for many people and for family and friends who can read where she did 3 long fasts and survived! I had not heard than Angelina Jolie also did it. I was hunting for David Blaine's input on it but he is mysterious as it is...ggg

I hope you find your Smooth Move tea in Chocolate. It is really so much more palatable for me, but then, I am a dark chocolate head and had eaten or frozen most of my chocolate *stash*. I found a half-eaten bar of Chocolate Lover's 77% extra strong dark chocolate floating on my desk and gasped. There was a fleeting moment of my inner child insisting, waaah, I want it! but the adult in me persisted and tossed it in the freezer...ggg

Oh, Beyonce also did the fast but I could not find an article where she did not just claim it was water and cayenne, minimizing it. I also found *rumors* that Bill Maher and Hugh Hefner did the cleanse and perhaps Jared Leto, but have yet to find any articles from a credible source.
