Thanks Midge. Good going yourself! Wow, a week ahead? Awesome. I suspect there will be some troughs ahead for me as well. ;-) Sounds like you're hanging in there nicely though.

As for the water. Actually I just read the Canadian M.D. Barefoot speaks of used this technique. I had no idea. This was just somethin I came up with to give my stomach a fuller (more satisfied) feeling. Dr. Hay's book states you must drink 2 liters of water per day during the fast so this my way of getting that in. I don't really like to drink straight water. I also drink the herbal teas too.
