Interesting you say that. I've had conversations on curezone forums with people, and CA (west/mid-west states) seem to be hot spots. I wonder why that would be?
If its truly population control (which I don't tend to believe), maybe they feel we on the east coast are bombarded enough by the smoke stack factories in OH and IL that send their poisons easward in the atomsphere? Now thats a real problem!!!
In all seriousness, its a hard issue to figure for me. The other day I saw a plane with a small dissipating contrail enter a small cloudy area (presumabley high moisture), and immediately its contrail got fat, long, and heavy (like a chemtrail). Once it exited and went into blue sky again, its contrail got small again, but the trail it left behind was choppy, as if it had been turned on and off. This is consistent with reports of people thinking spray jets are controlled in the cockpit, but I had just witnessed a natural occurence of this (no doubt in my mind). So, how do people differentiate the two? Additionaly, not all higher moisture areas appear as hazy so this could happen in seemingly blue skies.
Maybe some day we'll get to the bottom of this!!
Best,
