Lobelia helps with smoker's trying to quit, and is super just for that, be sure if you try lobelia to get fresh or high quality organic sourced, and tincture is best (imho).

For sleep kava kava may help some, valerian, skullcap, and even melatonin can all help. Remember, Medical Doctors in the U.S. are the 3rd leading cause of death by mistake alone, and medical drugs #4 by contraindication. I'd STOP taking that death medicine IMMEDIATELY!
