Hi Evie!

Just read your post on cuerzone. Sounds like you have a great plan set ahead.
Remember, you are doing this for you! Don't worry about hurting others feeling( like your sisters)WHEN CHOOSING TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER!I am a 39 yr old mother of 3 boys. I too need to go on a raw food diet to do cleansing. I really wanted to do a 15 day water fast but I get too hungry. Really addicted to food! Especially breads and sweets! Although I do not have the problem of being overweight I do have extreme eczema all over. Everything I eat causes me to scratch all over. I wish you the best of sucess with your diet and lifesyle changes. On the 14th I will join with you and make some changes myself. The 11th is my birthday so I will wait until that is over to make my start. I will read any futher posts you have.
