I congrats for 1 day completion. If you can do ot for a few days, you will feel that it is easier to give up food and you are in control yourself. I used to fast for a few days, I almost faint, I got to slept most of the day too, and at night I got a deep sleep which was very good. I am a diet coke drinker too, it is hard to quit.
