Well, I should write that third part then. I'll do that in the next couple of days.

Sorry, I haven't been on the site for a couple months. I'll start checking in regularly again.

          Onto your questions....

The self massage every 30 seconds is incredibly valuable if you actually do it. Depending on the situation, it can be enough to change the tendonitis dynamic enough to drop pain levels significantly.

And, it's one of a few tools that work best when done together.

Has she seen the icing directions on the How To Reduce Inflammation page. http://www.TendonitisExpert.com/how-to-reduce-inflammation.html

Can this fix tendonitis permanently? Again, it just all depends. It can, but I find that's not the best question to ask. The body just doesn't work that way.

Can you get out of pain? Absolutely.
Can you keep the pain away with very little effort? Absolutely.

Can you fix it permanently? That depends on a lot of factors, including how bad it is, how long it's been there, what other factors are at play, and what a person is doing with the affected bodyparts.

It's certainly doable, but realistically, it's more a dynamic of get out of pain, make the body happy and healthy again, and then keep an eye on it an make sure that it never comes back.

I'm not surprised doctors haven't been able to help. They're more in a mindset of a quick fix, but their tools in no way shape or form are able to provide a quick fix.

Keep asking questions, I'll keep answering.
