Colonics only clear out the large intestines.

I've had similar results using ES...and using salt water...although not in that quantity.

Pour moi...I've had the greatest success with Liver Flushing by preceding it with a 3-day apple fast. Had nothing but apples, apple juice and water for 3 days. Powerful fast!!! Very potent detox...somewhat painful, and very effective. Then followed it with Andreas' Liver Flush...although I continue to sip H2O+EmergenC throughout the entire flush. Kept me from feeling so bad the following day. When I have stopped drinking water at the prescribed times of most flush protocols...I have felt like I was hit by a truck the next day. Not the case at all when I kept sipping fluid throughout.

I was also doing colonics regularly during this time...and colonics CAN help you to rehydrate faster. And they also clear out anything that's lingering.

No worries about the white flakey stuff...that's just mucous. No problem.

I can't comment on the Humaworm cleanse...haven't tried it.

I can say that I've done thousands of colonics on folks...and have only seen visible parasites on a few occasions. Who knows about microbes? I don't worry about it.

The main thing is...HOW DO YOU FEEL?

That's always what it comes down to.
