I am juice fasting and today I transitioned to the Breuss cure fast. It's my day 4 so I figured I could step it up a notch. The Breuss cure is tougher. It's mainly teas and a little veggie juice and broth. You could check my blog. 21 day breuss cure and superfoods under new blogs. It took me almost a month to actually start fasting. I just couldn't discipline myself at first. But now I feel fine.
After the fast which might last 21-42 days-don't know yet- I am planning on eating small amounts 2-3 times a day-like a dessert bowl full. I'll have salad and good cold pressed oils and some raw goat milk kefir, home made sauerkraut, maybe manna bread. Some sprouted and cooked beens for good digestion etc.. I am also going to start a parasite cleanse right after the fast. askhumaworm.com When you fast the parasites supposedly are weekened and you can get rid of them easy. It's a 30 para cleanse and just capsuls you take twice a day before meals, easy. Pretty cheap, too.
I just want to be full of energy and have really good digestion and all that comes with that. which is a lot!
