Glad to read you are doing well enough to have
inspired yourself to go further~~!

Something you might try for your tongue gunk is
an oil swish. It is something Somer has been doing
on her cleanse and something Ive tried before and
this morning, after the carpet-layers came last
night, I did not hesitate to oil-pull before my SWF.
After scraping with a tongue scraper, I was more
than pleased with the effect. The Curezone forum
on Oil-Pulling is full of fun, enthusiastic, tongue
detoxing folks...willing to share info and anecdotes.

Glad too that you seem to be integrating your
cleanse shifts. Not much is said about the changes
that come and the loss of behaviors that you chose
to do during a period of your life, but like continuing
to *grow up*, the passage of time finds us reaching
for greater awareness and this includes ways of how
to keep our body and mind functioning in a way which
supports the morphing vision of our daily lives.

Keep up the great effort ~ progress is progress no
matter how small or how slow...IMHO...ggg.
