Yes, not as many people cleansing/fasting through
the Christmas holiday. People are out and about too.

You know me...I think the blogs have a good place
since you can see how an individual is setting
their pace, process, etc. It is easy and fun to
keep up with your progress.

You are like part of the MC *team* and it feels
good to support each other. I probably would let
it go somedays if I did not have the support forum.
Having the support and knowing others are looking
to see how it goes for you, has helped me keep my
commitment to myself, and too, helped me face
feelings I would have comforted once again with
food if I had not publicly shared, okay, I'm going
to do this a month since I have the goal to *change*
this behavior.

Somer and I are going to be around Christmas. We will
be toasting each other and those MCing with us. We
are going to connect in spirit or share toasts in the
chatroom so check it out if you have any spare time
on Christmas.

I consider your friendship a blessing too~~
