Well the days seem to be going by quite smoothly and my energy levels have increased slightly.Pretty straight forward day really.Up to this point i haven't really had a definite goal,but have now decided to go for 30 days or 14 stone which ever comes first(probably 30 days).Then i will have a little break,then hope to continue for the final few stone.Am also considering some light exercise if i have the energy.

I didn't realize you hadn't been exercising. You want to get in some light walking or swimming every day while you are on this juice fast to keep your metabolism going. Especially now that you've hit the 13 day mark. Weight loss slows way down after that usually. Otherwise, you're doing great!

Hi Kate,thanks for the advice.I do some light walking at work but will try and step it up a gear to keep my metabolism going :-)

Not sure if that made sense,what i mean to say is i do some walking at work but dont really count that as proper exercise for some reason.I'm talking about getting changed into tracksuit and getting on the treadmill if you see what i mean.

I know what you mean. I'm trying to step up my workouts too from just walking, swimming, hiking. I'd love to do some strength training, etc. Keep posting. I love reading your daily progress! Blogs like yours keep me motivated.
