Blog: 30-40 day juice fast to pry open my third eye
Day 22.
I'm definitely feeling better than yesterday, but still not that great. Last night was the hardest night of the entire fast. It took me over an hour to get to sleep; it was like the night of day 3 times a thousand. A constant barrage of negative emotions and thoughts telling me to eat.
I'm still having bm's, maybe when I start my week (minimum) of raw food it'll do more to push everything through than the swf's alone.
One good thing was I had an amazing long dream last night, and became lucid a short way into it. I managed to retain my lucidity and explore the dream world much longer than I've been able to in quite a while. Maybe those faculties of my mind are really stepping up now...
So unless I feel fabulous tomorrow I'm thinking about breaking on Wednesday, as I have Wednesday and Thursday off. I'm preparing for the worst bm's yet once I start eating. So, when I gotta go I want to be able to!

I was doing an mc, until yestereday, day 5. I was feeling really weak and dehydrated. And since the last time I did a fast, I ended up in the hospital on my 5th day, in ketoacidosis with my electolytes all out of balance(Im a type 1 diabetic)I wanted to be safe. So I ended up eating a bunch of fruit and nuts last night. I thought I had prevented all possible problems, but it turns out I didnt. So today I've decided to do an exclusive apple diet instead, which I have done before with excellent results. I am in the process of losing the last 30 extra pounds I have, so Im really in need of a fast to help me with that. Plus give me some extra cleansing. I'm thinking I might go 30 days, or until I've lost a good amount of weight. ANyways, thats my story. I think its important to listen to the body, and eat when it says to eat. Congratulations again on you long fast. It sure sounds like you've gotten a lot of junk out. Good for you! I've been following you for a while to help me with my fast, so I'll be seeing how your doing.
How many flushes a day have you been doing? It sounds like you wait a little while, than do a few in a day. Also, how does taking the swf in the evening work for you?

Hi there. Thanks for the encouragment, I'm definitely in need of it right now!
That's cool if you're able to do an all apple diet; I find it so much harder to be a fruitarian than to fast!
When I do a swf, I only drink one in a day. Every time I do one, I have lots of solid waste come out, then about 2 hours or so after drinking it's just clear water. Then, the next day or two I basically have diarrhea multiple times per day as the previouly hardened stuff makes it's way down slowly.
I was trying to do one every second day, then I did 4 or 5 days in a row, and I just waited 4 days before doing my last one. I'm going to do one tonight as well.
When I do them at night, I just stay up until I get that clear fluid going, and usually I don't get anything else after that even if I drank it in the afternoon. But it does guarantee that I'll be in a big hurry at some point (or points) the next morning.

Thanks! That answered my question. Today's my first day of my apple diet! Here I go. I'm having a rough time now, feeling like I dont want to do this, But I will get through it.
