    OOPS I didn't post for 1 day sorry. I tried to do the lemonade yesterday but it just didn't hold me well so I went back to juices today. I swear I don't know how people do like 30 days of just the master cleanser. ANYHOW I am wanting to chew...getting board...wanting food. If I don't watch close I am gonna end up cheating and I don't want to. Still at about 16 pounds. I am wondering how this weight is gonna stay off. Julie has it stayed off with you? Dazzle?

      I just stopped fasting (I extended it if you remember) and had my first food yesterday.  So, it's too soon for me to tell, but this time I intend to keep it off by changing my dietary habits.  I didn't do that before when coming off the other fasts. (I just wrote a blog on this yesterday:  http://curezone.com/blogs/m.asp?f=573&i=72 .)

      Anyway, I am looking into the raw food lifestyle.  That should help keep it off.

      Drink some hot veggie or fruit broth... that helps alot when the hunger  pangs (psychological or otherwise) attacks.

      Keep up the good work!  You're halfway through!

    • weigh in tommorrow! so not sure of true weight loss   by  ausjulie     18 y     1,841
      its only being two weeks so a bit too soon to tell check in with me in a year! i have lost more weight since ending the fast but i am working really hard to lose another 30pd. mainly raw food and lots of exercise. i am sure if i go back to what made me gain in the first place it will jsut all come back. i know my changes have to be life long. i will have to keep watching what i eat adn the main key for me is more exercise. this is for the rest of my life not just a while. i cannot go back to being that big and the juice fast made me realise what it is like to lose a lot of weight and how it can change your life. also how it feels being more in control of my life and really that i dont need all that stuff i use to consume. losing 16 pounds may not have really hit you yet but just wait until you start to feel so light and clean and full of energy. are you feeling any of this yet???? your clothes must be fitting differently??

      Hey there-

      As far as the weight goes, you do regain some, but only fecal matter and water weight. I know from experience that it stays off as long as you continue eating healthy. Sure cheating every now and then is o.k. but seriously figure out what works for your body and stick to it.

      I lost a lot of weight with my longest fast and actually continued to lose after I stopped fasting. It wasn't until I went off to college and could no longer prepare my own meals that I started gaining again. I've learned my lesson this go around. :)
