I just stopped fasting (I extended it if you remember) and had my first food yesterday. So, it's too soon for me to tell, but this time I intend to keep it off by changing my dietary habits. I didn't do that before when coming off the other fasts. (I just wrote a blog on this yesterday: http://curezone.com/blogs/m.asp?f=573&i=72 .)
Anyway, I am looking into the raw food lifestyle. That should help keep it off.
Drink some hot veggie or fruit broth... that helps alot when the hunger pangs (psychological or otherwise) attacks.
