Hello People,
This is really something and you have got to try it!
After I read Emoto's book about the ability of water to absorb messages and emotions of those around it (see Pt. I for more on that), I started to talk to my water. It is really very simple, usually I first ozonate it for 10 minutes, then I put the glass up to my lips and speak directly into the glass - "Thank you Creator for this delectable glass of water, thank you for helping me to grow in love and faith everyday, love and faith, love and faith, love and faith."
I like to repeat that last part in the deepest voice I can muster, very slowly and directly into the water. Then when i feel that it is fully empowered with that message I gulp it down. Delicious!
Recently I have added something more. This is a recent development of mine and was inspired in part by a post from Rudenski in the NDE forum here in curezone, and in part by some reiki books I was paging through at the bookstore. I set the glass of water in front of me. I cup it with my hands, holding them a few inches away from the container. Then I center in my heart and send love directly from my heart into the glass of water. I envision the love energy flowing from my heart into the water, I see it radiate outward, hit my hands, and then reflect back to the water, radiate out again and reflect back again, etc.
This is slightly different from reiki as i understand it, because in reiki you are sending energy through your hands, this method sends it directly from your heart, using the hands to direct and intensify the love energy.
Then when I feel it is fully energized, I bring it up to my lips and speak into it whatever phrase I need for that day, keeping in mind that the phrase I speak will soon be absorbed into my entire body.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...is all I can say. When you drink this down, it is like drinking down liquid love. It is not just water for your body, it is nourishment for your soul!!
Maybe you are one of those wary of "new agey" weirdness, but I am telling you that if you do this method and feel absolutley nothing, then I will personally refund the time you spent reading this blog. This works and is really a beautiful experience. It helps to center you in your heart, and brings to mind important issues. I do it now with water, tea, juice, and am starting to do it with my food.
If I am at a restaraunt, I just rest my hands on the table next to the glass, pretend to be reading the newspaper, and quietly do this ritual with my tea or whatever I am drinking.
Try this at least once and see what happens. And let me know about your adventures in the glorious realm of living water.

I tried it with the tea I had by me at the computer. But I cupped the teacup in my hands in front of my heart. Altho I am far from centered today and probably not very in touch with myself either, I do think I felt something. I'll keep you posted. I mostly thank you for being so excited and enthusiastic about this and reminding me to do this. I started to get in the habit of doing it, but I didnt quite make it habitual and then I kinda got carried away by a lot of family turmoil and forgot about it completely. Thank you for putting me back on track :-)
