Blog: Raw Beauty and R-AWESOME health.
Today's intake:
Breakfast: .25 section canteloupe and 11 soaked almonds.
Lunch: vine ripened cherry tomatos, cup of broccoli so fresh it was blue-green and a small handful of freshly shelled pecans, Thank you to my son for doing that for me.
Snack: literally a spoonful of live "Garden burger" as I was preparing a late lunch for my family
Dinner: live hummus, with sliced vegetables for dipping in it. My garden burger blended with sesame and dehydrated for live "falafel." and Fruit for dessert.
I made two very rich desserts for a potluck this weekend and need to lighten up from the fancy stuff. So trying to keep my first day completely live as simple as possible. I definitely subscribe to the KISS principle while in any type of transition in my life/lifestyle.
A simple quickie recipe that is chock full of good stuffs for you....
"Sandwich Spread"
1 avocado, peeled and stoned
1 banana, peeled
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 stick of celery chopped
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
I serve this on romaine or other lettuce leaves sprinkled with whatever herbs and fresh veggies seize my inagination and wrap! Appeals to all the taste buds. Kind sweet, salty (from the natural sodium levels of the celery) fresh, Delish. Also good on live sprouted bread or dehydrated crackers from flax and veggies.

hi,
first i love your blog its inspirational. how do you make your live hummus? i sprouted some garbanzo beans but they only have a very short sprout tail and still taste somewhat inedible. maybe if i put them through the nut butter maker they will be fine to eat. anyway if you posted the live hummus recipe sometime i think that would be great. i made germinated peanut butter today, wow that was awesome!!!

Thanks dear lady..... We will follow your blog... Raw is preferred, while some meat protein is desirable... Key word is some....
Life floats on a thin layer of moderation.... Moderation is the key to most all of our problems... When we go to the extremes there will be a course correction in life... For some it {the course correction} is immediate, and unfortunately for many others it takes a life time, to see the results... Even the "Good Book" says everything in moderation...
Thanks for your post... see Ya... Kermit
