Here I am, chew - chew - chewing my 1/2 cup of raw cacao hoping for a flush.
I thanked it - "Thank you for blessing me.."
I thank all of my food now before or when I eat it.
It was advised that I do that to my water, too.. and MMN, it's delicious!!

I know I have a lot of mind work to do along with my body. My mother, Nono and I are looking at a fasting clinic in Buda so I may fast AND get time to myself to think and read and write.

Non, I eat the cacao straight up.. :)
It hurts my intestines!! It's like razor blades. [Note: Of course, not for everyone! My intestines are in need of some love. :)] The raw cacao is helping me regain my health.
They say raw cacao is the best colonic money can buy! I'm sorry it hurt your tummy! Did you soak yours..? We soak ours when we're preparing meals like Chocolate Buko balls.. I'll have to send you some!
I hope you saw my response in your blog regarding Job's tears. Of course I'll make us necklaces! Ankles and bracelets too, of course!
