Chai Tea
Here is the home made alfalfa tea recipe:
Whenever I feel shattered, I go for Chai tea. Sooooooooooooooo relaxing and beneficial for my well being.
Outta share my secret –
Alfalfa tea (blood purifier (liver) and joint pain/arthritis cure)
with
2 whole cardamom seeds,
1/2 inch fresh ginger root cut or grated,
1 stick cinamon,
3 cloves.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes
You’ll love it! Detox at its best!
You can do the same thing with
-dandelion/ black radish/artichoke/minth tea and target the liver
-parsley/linden/blackcurrent/green tea to target the kidneys.
-marshmallow root for intestinal pain
Actually you could use any herb tea you like best.
Green tea is what most ex-cafeinoman rely on. Beware though for you should NOT drink green tea if you suffer from adrenal fatigue.
You have a cappucino machine? Read this: http://curezone.com/blogs/c/c.asp?d=712

Just thought I'd share this little thought. I've dumped coffee, cappacino and Lattes in favor of chai teas too. So what to do with that cappacino machine? Well put some tea in the holder instead of coffee (I use two teabags. I plan on using fresh tea but haven't tried it yet. Anyway, turn the thing on and you get fresh very strong tea in a matter of seconds! Next steam your milk and foam it up if you want to. Mix the two and voila...Chai Tea! Stir in some honey if you want. I like it not so sweet.
